.	Jen Besse Jen, a graduate of New College with a master's degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, has done a little bit of everything. She's taught Latin in Virginia and SCUBA in St. Thomas. One day she hopes to teach Latin to fish and turtles. 	Jesse Vickey Jesse, after graduating from Duke, started his career in helping the masses by joining Wall Street. After a few years in NYC, he moved to Connecticut and started Cap & Compass.
