	For Institutions: How many passwords will I get? One. You can give this login/password to anyone affiliated with your institution (including alumni). When your login/password is used, your sponsor information will appear. Do I just send people to a web page? How do I tell people? We recommend you put a link on your own web site, send an email, or include it in the customized text of your book (if you order). We have some ideas here. Can I combine a book order with a starter kit? Yes! On orders of 100 or more books, receive a free one-year subscription to our starter kits! Learn more. Do most people give the username/password to everyone? Some give their password to everyone. Others give them away as incentives for attendance, for joining, or providing contact information. How can I customize the pages? In two ways: (1) Your name at the top of every page. (2) Your name and message on your Sponsor Page. See an example. See pricing options. Do you have any advertisers on your site? At this time, no. Once I order, what happens? We'll ask how you would like to customize your starter kits. We'll do all the work on your pages and provide you with a username/password. When your users login, they'll see your information on their pages. How long does it take for my custom pages to work? Usually within a day or two of your order. Can I make a suggestion? Yes, please! We always welcome your feedback. For Anyone: Do you sell a license to individual cities? At this time, we only sell licenses to all of our cities. We've priced them figuring you may only use one or two cities. You can see our pricing here. How will I get my login/password? We'll either email it or send it to you by mail in under 48 hours. If you have not received it in this timeframe, please contact us. What if I find a bad link or phone number?
