Can I
combine orders for a discount? Yes! Order at the same time and pay the price based on your total order size. Plus, each book and book cover can be unique. (For example, order 50 books of A and 50 books of B and pay the 100 book price. The minimum custom book order is 50 copies.) Note: If placing multiple orders among different schools, see our Group Order page. For your annual special, when can I receive my books? All annual special orders are delivered on April 3rd or a few days earlier (contact us if you need them by a specific date). Can I combine a book order with a starter kit? Yes! On orders of 100 or more books, receive a free one-year subscription to our starter kits! Learn more. Don't you need my zip code to calculate shipping? Our books ship from various printers around the country, so to keep things simple, we charge standard shipping rates for everyone. Is there a way for an advertiser to help pay for our books? Yes, add eight custom pages and sell ads in your books. Some schools add a corporate logo to their cover or inside cover. . Are there any extra charges for helping me customize? For cover customization, there is no extra charge for us doing the work (up to four proofs). For the 8-page insert and custom text add-ons, there is an extra design fee if we do the work. Do you accept purchase orders? Yes! Learn more. Can you ship UPS Next-Day, 2-Day, etc.? Yes! Please just let us know when you order. How can I customize my books? Learn all about customizing here. How much is shipping? Simply use our pricing calculator above. The rates are for UPS Ground. Will I be charged sales tax? Sales tax is only added to books shipped to Florida (to institutions that are not tax-exempt). What are your payment terms? Full payment is due within 30 days of delivery. Do you accept returns? No, but we're very confident that you'll love the book!
