First, the Rules for Group Orders...

> At least half of the participants in a Group must be new customers.
> At least 50 books per customer.
> At most 10 customers per Group.
> The entire Group must place it's order at one time.


Frequently Asked Questions

Can you suggest any schools for me to contact?
Group Order savings are a benefit to schools who introduce our books to new customers.  Therefore, we do not provide contacts.

How do I know if a school is a new customer?

Ask us! If a school has ordered 50 or more books from us in the past two years, they do not qualify.

Can customized orders look different?
Yes! Each school in a Group can customize on its own.

How does billing work?
Each school will be billed individually.

How do we place the order with you?
Simply start a Group.  You'll be asked to set a deadline date for your Group (this will appear at the top of your Group page for everyone to see).  Once your deadline arrives, your Group Order will automatically be submitted to us!

Where do we input shipping information?
After your Group places its order, we'll contact each school for more order info.

Do we have to use this page to order?
No. You can simply send us an email with your order, but we think you'll find the Status Page very easy. 

Why is my savings zero?
Read our page that explains Group savings.

We have more than 10 customers for a Group.  What do we do?
You can start a new Group!  Contact us for exceptions.

Can I change my order size?
Yes, if you have not submitted the entire Group Order to Cap & Compass.

What is the timeline for delivery?
This varies some. Please see our pricing
page.
