Cap & Compass was founded in 2001 by two college graduates living in New York City. After four years in the working world, they recognized a gap between the subjects you learned in the classroom and the challenges you face in life.

We started as a seminar-based company and now offer our popular content in a variety of forms, including three books, a weekly planner, and a smartphone application.
